Our management team are dedicated to close monitoring and auditing of our safety policy to ensure that our health and safety approach is succinct with national guidelines and regulations. We endeavour to foster an environment whereby the health and safety of each individual, at all levels of responsibility is at the forefront.

In concordance with this ethos, we ensure:

  • All staff are fully inducted and have safe pass training and manual handling as a minimum requirement.
  • All staff have access to, and are familiar with the Timlin Construction Safety Statement, Method Statement and Risk assessment.
  • We employee Health and Safety Consultants to carry out site inspections and monitor and review our policies on a regular basis.
