Timlin Construction has a full time team dedicated to office strip outs, from work stations to corporate office buildings.
FACADE RETENTION
The very nature of our business implies that we are continuously working on listed buildings. We are regularly required to retain the external facade of these buildings, this will include a structural steel support system to ensure the facade is maintained in its original form.
BASEMENT EXCAVATIONS
We provide a complete package from structural engineering, supporting of neighbouring structures, temporary/permanent shoring to structures, formwork to be retained and disposal of waste material.
SITE CLEARANCE
